Visiting with family in Prescott and we had to stop at Jack in the Box for the memories of when we lived here🙂 We hope to get one in DeSoto COUNTY MS.
Jack in the box was not that great. The burger didn't taste that well to me. I got a regular burger with bacon. I even tried to add ketchup but that didn't help. The fries were just ok. However the Oreo milk shake was good. I also got a taco and that also wasn't the best. The food lacked in flavor. That would be the only thing I would get. The service was great though.

Jack in the Box offers a memorable dining experience with fresh and tasty food, friendly employees, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff, including those like Jose, try to provide efficient service and make every visit enjoyable. Customers appreciate the good food, such as the Big Smash Jack, which is big and meaty, and the addition of waffle fries. However, some have noticed that prices have increased significantly, making it less of a value than before. At certain locations, customers have found it hard to understand the staff due to heavy accents over the ordering speaker. Despite these issues, many still find the food good and the service friendly, with some employees smiling and creating positive moments.
