Some find doing their own orders on the computer easy after initial help from staff, though others prefer staff assistance. The ingredients are always correct and well placed, making it the best Taco Bell around. The manager is friendly, and service is quick from order to food pickup. However, some customers have been disappointed by portions and presentation, noting that Mexican pizza isn't cut and that toppings on the tostada and hard shell tacos Supreme can be sparse. Despite these issues, overall, the restaurant maintains a clean environment and good staff.
