Did an online order and it was ready when we got there. Did a order requesting no pickles, they must have put pickles on then took them out, because the pickle taste was definitely there. The french fries were perfect though, and the staff was friendly.
Well it's National Burger Day and Jack in the Box celebrates National Burger Day (May 28) with app-exclusive deals, most notably offering a FREE Jr. Jumbo Jack with any purchase of $1 or more. I ordered the much better deal a Jr. Jumbo Jack fries and a drink for $4.49 and got a 2nd Jr. Jumbo Jack for free.
What started off as a negative experience turned positive with the interaction of the female manager on duty.
Mistakes happen and it’s part of life with cashiers but the manager made it right and fixed the overcharge immediately.
Definitely will keep returning to this location but will always check my receipts
