Been awhile since I've been to JitB since there isn't one where I live anymore... I was travelling and it was sort of a meh experience all in all.
Like nearly everywhere, prices have gone nuts. Well over $10 for a breakfast sandwich, single hash brown patty, and a medium drink. Jack in the Box used to offer a better value than other places I think. Didn't see that this time.
Food was good.

This morning I pulled up to the drive up window to get a Vanilla ice coffee. The lady at the window was very kind. She had a big smile on her face and it just made my day! Thank you!

Mistakes happen and it’s part of life with cashiers but the manager made it right and fixed the overcharge immediately.
Definitely will keep returning to this location but will always check my receipts
