This is the best surprise I've found in years, Delia greeted us when we arrived, smiled the whole time, was very helpful and the food was INCREDIBLE. Generous portions, they accepted requests to modify things a little, and it was just fantastic. Clean, well organized, great service - this one is added to my Scottsdale favorites. Highly recommended (especially for breakfast :))
