We have know Caramba’s since they opened their first restaurant in the West Valley. But it has been 8+ years since we have been to a store.We are part of a Taco Tuesday group. Every Tuesday around 12 of us get together to try a New Mexican restaurant. Last week was Caramba’s on Shea and Scottsdale.Wow. The food is still fantastic. We ordered a couple of party platters for our small backyard wedding and the food was excellent! They also gave us serving utensils like large spoons and tongs, forks, plates, napkins, everything we needed! We did a pick up at the location and the restaurant itself had a very nice atmosphere with a cool inside/ outside bar. I highly recommend this location and I intend to visit again soon.
