This is hands down the best Mexican food we have ever had. Mexican food is both mine and my husband's favorite. We have never had anything as delicious as this place and we have tried so many different restaurants. We would frequent this at least weekly if in our town (Prescott). Everyone should try this place.
It’s good… don’t know if it’s great. However the service was awesome and the cake is amazing.
Staff was great. I had shrimp tacos, 3 small tacos but loaded with seasoned shrimp and fresh salsa/slaw. My friend loved the churros with fresh berries and a scoop of ice cream. We'll be back!

El CARBÓN Mexican Eatery is a hidden gem with amazing real Mexican food. This is the best Mexican food, everything is so yummy, and the white sauce and green sauce is out of this world. The Elote is delicious too. The food had great flavor, everything tasted fresh, and the service was quick. The tacos were packed with flavor, the meats were perfectly grilled, and the service was friendly. Ordered a few carne asada tacos and a bean and cheese burrito, both solid choices. Amazing food and delicious drinks. Los elotes, deliciosos, and the Carne Tampiqueña, Cochinita Pibil, and chicken con mole were delish. Prices felt fair, and the staff kept things moving. Cool vibes, chill atmosphere, with multiple tvs all around for watching sports. A dependable spot for tacos, burritos, or quesadillas.
