All I can say is, I wish I went sooner. I’ve always known it was there, but I just hadn’t went in man was I missing out!!!!!! Will be a regular staff was amazing 🤩 food divine !!! Pics to follow.

I’ve been going to Blue Adobe for more than 15++ years when a boss took me there for lunch. It is as delicious now as it was then. The food is consistent and tasty. Great New Mexican cuisine. You can’t go wrong, I’ve never had a bad dish here. I recommend the Stacked Enchiladas “Christmas Style” with a fried egg or Yesterday’s Meatloaf. You’ll leave feeling full. It’s the “stick to your ribs” kind of food.
