One of my favorite restaurants in the east valley. Amazing food and friendly atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great meal. Reservations are highly recommended, it can be difficult to get a table (which is a good sign).
Special place right here - 3 dishes from salmon to adobo pulled pork coupled with their queso cheese sauce with all the chips you can handle was filling! Staff was friendly and accommodating - fun atmosphere. Glad we stopped!

I’ve been going to Blue Adobe for more than 15++ years when a boss took me there for lunch. It is as delicious now as it was then. The food is consistent and tasty. Great New Mexican cuisine. You can’t go wrong, I’ve never had a bad dish here. I recommend the Stacked Enchiladas “Christmas Style” with a fried egg or Yesterday’s Meatloaf. You’ll leave feeling full. It’s the “stick to your ribs” kind of food.
