Love this place, never fails — wife loves the lazy tacos, I have their blue seafood enchiladas every time—it’s too good to try anything else! We also enjoy their Caesar salads which are unique and very tasty. We always leave here quite satisfied and ready to return.
Came in on Friday Aug 14th and sat at the bar! Service was excellent. As usual my food was incredible! This is easily one of the best Mexican food restaurants in the phoenix metro valley! I’ll be back
Blue Adobe has fantastic food. The combo plate which contained the burrito the tamale and a taco. They were all fantastic. Great flavor in the beef the shrimp were cooked perfectly. The blue Adobe burger was cooked perfectly with the green chilli. The bacon was crispy. The fries were also cooked perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
