El Pollo loco is one of my go-to fast foods with a drive through. As someone who is often on the move and likes to eat healthy, this is a great chain for that. I LOVE the avocado chicken wrap and the kids love the quesadilla. The wife loves the low carb, under 500 calorie menu. I absolutely love Mexican food and this is a good, fast, healthy rendition of that.

Usually go to the drive thru window and they’re great!
Always delicious and the staff is amazing! Been coming here for 36 years and now live in san tan valley. Always a great experience.

El Pollo Loco is a place where the food is usually good and cooked right. Customers have experienced some issues with orders being incorrect, but the drive-thru team is known for working together seamlessly, creating a positive and energetic environment. Despite some complaints about portion sizes, the team's camaraderie and dedication to their work have left a lasting impression on customers. The chicken avocado burrito is a popular choice, and the customers look forward to returning to this location in the future.
The restaurant is known for its fresh and delicious food, including the Hickenlooper, taco al carbon, mango habanero shrimp tostada salad, and the double chicken bowl. Customers appreciate the friendly staff and the fair pricing, especially in the current economic climate. One customer ordered through the app but enjoyed dining in, noting that the restaurant was steady but not overcrowded, and the bathrooms and dining area could have been cleaner. Overall, the portions were satisfying, and the flavors were delicious, with the street corn double chicken fit bowl being a favorite.
