The food is always amazing! Hot and fresh. I do online ordering at least once a week for the past few months the and they have never messed up an order. The staff is so nice! We ❤️ Cane's!
They had just opened, so some slack is understandable but we found NO ketchup. Management was advised but in the 5 minutes we were waiting on food, no one came out to check on the issue. I had to ask again at the counter, and the girl handed me a half dozen "to go" ketchup packs. A bit disappointing. Only other complaint is this place is VERY difficult to get into and out of unless you are very lucky. Not an issue that can be easily corrected, but it is a big downside for this...read full review

Chicken and fries were crispy without being overcooked. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Background music was too loud to be able to carry on a conversation with someone else at the table.
