They had just opened, so some slack is understandable but we found NO ketchup. Management was advised but in the 5 minutes we were waiting on food, no one came out to check on the issue. I had to ask again at the counter, and the girl handed me a half dozen "to go" ketchup packs. A bit disappointing. Only other complaint is this place is VERY difficult to get into and out of unless you are very lucky. Not an issue that can be easily corrected, but it is a big downside for this location.
