Today my wife and I had lunch at the new Pitch restaurant on Hayden Road in N. Scottsdale. My wife ordered a Thai salad and requested to have regular iceberg lettuce verses the spinach that normally came with the salad. When the salad arrived, we both commented at how stark the salad looked, as there was no presentation.
