Want to give kudos to the waitress working yesterday (06/20/24). She was absolutely slammed. I think I counted 11 tables she was working by herself. She was going nonstop and people kept coming in. She didn't forget any items and brought all our food out in a timely manner.“

Private Room was nice but the location not so much, we were in the back where we could not see Our Guests or Children playing otherwise a very nice place.“

I know it's hard to find and retain employees but if this store owner wants to stay in business he better figure it out soon.“

“The food was ready when I got there. Gentleman who waited on me was courteous. They were slightly stingy with the black olives on my Cowboy pizza, but everything was good. Only con was they didn't answer the phone when I called (message said they were busy but I could order online) but it's difficult to ask for all olives to be put on one side of the pizza online as their online ordering does not allow that option. But overall, I love Papa Murphy's. :)“

“I placed order over the phone, was told my older would be ready for pick up in 15-20 minutes…the guy inside said it wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes on top of my 20 minutes! I asked why would I be told 20 minutes on the phone. He said it’s a call center that answers and not aware of actual wait time in the store!! Seriously WTH? A call center? Buut the guy apologized and the pizza was perfect and Cinnabons were delicious !!!“

“I want to just give a good review for the manager Kurt. I placed a large order with him and he was very attentive. He got the order to us quickly even when the Door dash drivers did not show up and we had to go in and get the pizzas. Kurt definitely deserves a raise for his great customer service.“

At this location a Peter Piper employee behind the service buffet was energetic, professional and really great at her job.
