I don’t know if I’d call myself a huge New York-style pizza connoisseur, but I’ve been to John’s on Bleecker and Luigi’s in Park Slope. Of course, I’ve had quite a bit of Pizza here in the Valley. Tonight I had a pretty simple order of a cheese slice and a pepperoni slice at Yo Pauly’s. The food was quick on its way out and the staff were all very friendly.

Yo Pauly's New York Pizza Co. is praised as the absolute best New York style pizza in Arizona. The cheese and pepperoni slices are hot, with a nice crisp even on the pepperoni slice, a nice crust, and a very tasty sauce. The wings, garlic knots, and cannolis are amazing as well, all just like back east. The pizza was fantastic New York style Cheese Pizza, and the stramboli was out of this world. The food is quick, and the service is great, with staff who are very friendly and super helpful no matter how busy they are. One staff member, Kimora, went out of her way to make sure an order mix-up was taken care of, showing dedication that is hard to find. A 10 inch pepperoni and cheese pizza with extra pepperoni had good flavor with liked sauce and spices, though the extra pepperoni did not cover most of the pizza as expected. A small anti-pasta salad looked great. Overall, it is one of the favorite pizza places, highly recommended, and a place to stop by for a slice.
