Sardella's customer service exceeded my expectations, as they patiently worked with me to ensure a special touch for my Valentine's Day event. Not only did they customize heart-shaped pizzas for the occasion, but they also generously offered to make them larger, including roses and cookies to make the celebration even more memorable. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and willingness to go above and beyond truly impressed me.
We love this location and always get the same things: hot wings and a large buffalo chicken pizza with the occasional chocolate chip cookies. Most of the staff know me by name and I was taken by surprise when one of them asked me if I wanted cookies that time. Unfortunately I said no. We really miss the cinnamon bread and requested multiple times to have it returned but for whatever reason it won't be. :-( We've eaten indoors but we prefer to take it to go. Best wings, best pizza, really good meatballs, cookies, excellent customer service! I don't typically like salad but their Mediterranean is really tasty. There was one time when my pizza wasn't fully cooked in the center and they immediately made a new one and delivered it free of charge. They have a decent rewards program and they always have good deals going on. I won't get pizza or wings from anywhere else!
