The Coronado PHX Reviews
Excellent chilaquiles and they also have these delicious, soft and buttery pancakes which I tried for dessert. I especially enjoyed the shaded outdoor seating, great spot for breakfast!
Holy moses this place was great! Flew in for a wedding and so glad we had time to come here for Saturday brunch. Hands down best brunch I've had since I can remember. Flavors, quality, and service were on point. Definitely makes me want to come back to PHX for another trip. Highly recommend the painted dessert bowl, potatoes and sauce (loved it)!!
Loved all the food I ordered! Yum yum.

The Coronado PHX is a charming and fantastic vegan spot located in a quiet neighborhood. The all-vegan menu features elevated Mexican-inspired food beyond just tacos, including delicious flautas, chimichangas, and French fries. The peanut butter chocolate cake is a must-try, even for those who don't like banana. Many customers enjoyed the food more than expected, even if they are not vegan or vegetarian. The Vegan Chimichanga, made with in-house Quinoa Chorizo, pays homage to local cuisine. The atmosphere is adorable, with friendly staff and a relaxed, happy vibe. Outdoor seating offers a quiet and peaceful space, perfect for enjoying vegan comfort food. Service is generally good, though food may sometimes take a little longer than expected. Homemade French fries are highly praised, described as the best ever and reminiscent of childhood. The bean burger is flavorful and satisfying for meat lovers. Though some feel the dishes could be more creative and include more greens, the restaurant remains a welcoming place for vegan and vegetarian cuisine. Recent reviews highlight friendly service, a relaxed vibe, and unique dishes like the loaded hibiscus chips and BBQ hibiscus flowers. The intimate lighting makes it a great spot for date night, and many appreciate the overall atmosphere and quality food.
