I stayed overnight near the airport and looked for a place that served vegan breakfast. What a find! The restaurant is located in a neighborhood in the Coronado Historic district, not some crowded strip mall with a busy parking lot. There was seating inside but I sat outside under huge mesquite trees that kept the temperature comfortable. It was a nice atmosphere. The owner waits on customers and enthusiastically tells them about the different items, all thoughtfully very different....
This is one of my must-visit restaurants in Phoenix. I typically come twice while in town - for dinner and brunch. The cauliflower tacos are hands down the best you’ll find anywhere - absolutely exceptional. Well-sourced ingredients, awesome plant-based food, affordable, and always a vibe.
Great food friendly staff. The hot honey biscuit was bomb, the chips and salsa are amaze. The California burrito was a little less impressive (kinda mushy, still tasty). And the coffee next door is great.
