“We ordered the custom cup cakes the other night and I will be saving that combo for the next order because it was amazing! Tonight we ate the Cookies and Cream Rice Krispie and it melts in your mouth. Look forward to our next order!“

“I went into the store today. First time ever. I was craving a peanut butter cookie. Just peanut butter. I saw the selection, the peanut butter cookie had chocolate on it. I was going to walk out. The sweet girl behind the counter told me she just baked some new peanut butter cookies. I bought 4. I am sorry I didn't ask her name. She made my day. I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you. It was my first time in the shop. The other sweet girl was also sweet. I asked, do neighborhood kids just follow you, cuz you smell like cookies? I will be back.“
“Honestly the best shave ice we have had in the valley. Great flavor selection & amazing customer service 🙌🏻“

She is so meticulous and a perfectionist in her craft, so you know your orders ALWAYS come out amazing! She's also so accomodating and easy to do business with. 1000000% have only ordered from her for cookies!“

“I went to Crumbl the other day to try the minecraft cookies. They have such a pleasant and hard working crew! Makayla was hard at work fixing up all the orders! And the greeting from Luis was great! You feel acknowledged and cared for. Sarah was plesant as well! Great customer service and excellent dedication! These three are fantastic!“

“I have been to this crumble location quite a few times, the first two times the customer service wasn’t great there was a long line and the kids working there were all having a conversation while we the customers waited over 15 min for help. I left on that day without ordering as the line wasn’t moving. Today there was no line and the kid that helped me was nice showed me the cookies and asked if they looked good. I bought 3 individual cookies and asked for a bag which I was told he didn’t have any. I remember seeing people with bags before but he refused to give me one. I didn’t appreciate it that. I wish they had better customer service as my teenage daughters always want to try the new flavors.“

“Kind of silly how they force you to buy three scoops of you want a cone.
-> The ice cream is good but just buy a scoop and get a cone on the side if you don’t want to be gluttonous and overpay.
8/10 ice cream
10/10 customer service“

“Had a sweet tooth and stopped by twisted sugar for the first time. So many varieties of cookies and other treats to choose from. The wife and I got a cookie a piece and they were really good. Sweet but not overly sweet. Would definitely go back and try other flavors and items they have to offer“
