The wait was over 12 min to order and didn't seem staffed enough for an afternoon when a lot of people were there to order. The coffee was alright, not worth reordering the same thing. The drinks options are plentiful, but the 9-1-1 wasn't it for me. My partner got a vanilla protein coffee, which had no flavor. Could have been served milk and would have tasted the same. Overall, I had a meh experience not needing to repeat at this location.
Over the years my Dutch Brothers experience has always been extraordinary. I like the friendliness of the staff; some of my friends don’t but I do. Of course the drinks are very good. However, this visit showed a different side of Dutch Brothers I had not seen over the years: Slow, disorganized service and over sweetened drinks not made well. I get it change happens.
