I've been going to this location for several years now. The overnight staff are some of the nicest people around. I work early mornings, so to have such an amazing crew like that is a blessing. They are kind to me every morning and makes my coffee perfect every time. I never have a complaint about any of them. Samara is one of the sweetest people. Big shout out to the overnight crew for keeping the coffee cold and my heart warm and full of love!

The wait was over 12 min to order and didn't seem staffed enough for an afternoon when a lot of people were there to order. The coffee was alright, not worth reordering the same thing. The drinks options are plentiful, but the 9-1-1 wasn't it for me. My partner got a vanilla protein coffee, which had no flavor. Could have been served milk and would have tasted the same. Overall, I had a meh experience not needing to repeat at this location.

Over the years my Dutch Brothers experience has always been extraordinary. I like the friendliness of the staff; some of my friends don’t but I do. Of course the drinks are very good. However, this visit showed a different side of Dutch Brothers I had not seen over the years: Slow, disorganized service and over sweetened drinks not made well. I get it change happens. Despite the change, and disorganization I experienced this time, Dutch Brothers still is in the top five drive thru vendors you can go to with confidence your order is going to be right and you will not have to wait 1/2 an hour as I did today.

Our drinks were delicious but the service from the girl taking our order was lacking. My friends driving me were Dutch Brothers employees and she didn’t notice me in the back seat. The way she spoke to my friends was frankly not acceptable. She came up with a bad attitude and before we could even say hi she asked if we wanted someone else to take our order. My friend said we were okay with her taking our order. She was very short with all of us and didn’t try to talk to us or give us the service that I’m used to at Dutch. She was short, blonde, and had her hair up in a messy bun. I don’t fully remember her name but it was something like Tony or Tati.
