“Love this restaurant. The food quality is outstanding. The service is over the top. You may have a main server, but everyone takes care of you from getting more to drink, to more food. Dave and Norma are my favorites! We are welcomed in every time and they remember our favorite table. I always make reservations, so they know we are coming. The salad bar is always full and clean. So much to choose from! The food, served Brazilian style, just keeps coming! Steak, pork, lamb, chicken... so much food! Highly recommend this place for a nice dining experience.“

“My wife and I have eaten frequently at The Arrowhead Grill since we moved to Arizona several years ago. With one exception, the food has been quite good. We ate there on September 1 and had a great meal. I had the Halibut and my wife had the Chicken. We split a salad and an order of mushrooms and onions. Because it was near our anniversary, we received complimentary champagne and butter cake. (We belong to their frequent diners club.). Our waiter, Robert, was attentive. Overall, we were quite pleased with our dining experience.“

Edit: came in for dinner tonight (August 1, 2024) Our server was absolutely amazing. Everyone from the front and all of the staff was so nice. But it was our servers bubbly personality, kindness, and caring that really put her over the top. I feel bad I wrote her name down and left the receipt on accident. I think it was Gianna maybe. The food was hot fresh and flavorful. There were 6 of us and everyone enjoyed their food. Thank you Outback!“

“Excellent experience! We weren't really happy with the first table offered, but were promptly, couteously reseated. Our server, Liz, arrived quickly and brought water while we decided on some drinks. Those also arrived quickly, as did our loaf of warm bread. The service continued this way throughout our evening - always available, but never intrusive.

Our meals were wonderful - my wife's steak was not cooked exactly as ordered, but it went back with a smile and returned within 3 minutes cooked to perfection with new sides. My chicken and ribs combo was huge, and the ribs pretty much fell off the bone. Both meals came with salad. We finished with a decadent birthday dessert, provided by Longhorn.

Service was way beyond anything expected in a chain restaurant, and while Liz was special, similar service seemed to be the norm.

You may get as good a steak, or better, elsewhere, but not anywhere near this price range!“

“Our go to for special occasions. Rafi (or Brad) are always very attentive, which makes for a wonderful evening. Appetizers were great. We shared a meal, and were treated with a dessert because of our 37th anniversary. Manager stopped by and checked in with us. Very nice touch.“

“We are regulars at Black Angus. We brought friends with us who have never been there before. Our friends said that was the best prime rib and boneless rib eye they have ever had. They both said that everything they had was amazing. We had told them how outstanding our server Roy has always been. They certainly agreed with us about how very good Roy is. Roy is always attentive, friendly and so enjoyable to be around. He has become a very good friend over the years. Alice Weaver, the manager, always checks on us to make sure everything is going well. She is very friendly and wants to make sure our visit and meal are perfect. And Roy always makes sure they are perfect.“
