“We had a wonderful experience last night eating at this LongHorn Steakhouse location to celebrate my birthday. All of the employees were very welcoming and Jasmine as our server, was outstanding. I ordered steak and lobster as a special treat for my birthday, and it was very delicious. Jasmine brought me a special dessert on the house for my birthday, which was very appreciated. I love LongHorn Steakhouse for the atmosphere. I would definitely return to this location.“

“First time diners here. The tomahawk pork chop was amazing (sauce on the side). We had a minor issue with the other dish, but the Firebirds team handled it immediately. The service from top to bottom was exceptional and appreciated. Our server, Melissa, was able to have conversations with us without being a distraction from the food. Matt, the manager, was genuine in how he solved our issue. It was a fantastic experience and combined w/ the quality of food, we will be back for date night.“

“If you don't have a reservation you are met with a very non-customer oriented Blonde with an attitude. We arrived at 3:30pm for happy hour and were shocked when we could not be seated or accommodated in the bar. Maybe management should post a sign saying we are sorry we cannot assist walk-ins because we only cater to the reservation crowd. This is the third time they have been very rude to us whether we've had a reservation or not. We won't be back.“

“Waiter was excellent and knew his stuff. Filet mignon was cooked correctly but was tasteless and like cardboard. The Lobster add on was just okay. The sauce they put on it by suggestion of the waiter was overwhelming so much the lobster didn't taste of anything but the supposed butter sauce.“

“Food was great apart from some super salt bombs on some of the steaks, service was great but my one issue was the mandatory 10.95 service charge that was placed on my card. You guys wanna ask for a tip when you guys charge a total of 70.00 per person including the base pay of 50.00, tax, and the service charge? No thank you, instant turn off on any immediate future business.“
