“What a nice addition to downtown Chandler! We are always looking for places with really well made drinks and excellent food. The Paper Planes we had here were some of the best we've ever had. For dinner I had the fried chicken, which was mouth watering. Skin on fried chicken can be soggy or overdone sometimes, but at Elliott's it was perfect! My husband ordered a ribeye. It was very tasty, but was not served hot, so that was a little disappointing. We paid our bill and asked to see a manager to let them know. We weren't expecting anything to be taken off the menu - we ate all the food. We just thought the chef would want the feedback. They gave us a gift card for our next visit and asked that we tell the hostess when we come back in so the chef can personally make our food. I think the way a restaurant handles feedback/complaints says a lot about them. This was above and beyond. We will definitely dine here again!!“

“A small but pleasant establishment. The food is good, but the cocktail are not great. I've been multiple times when they did not have ingredients for featured cocktails. Last time I was there, I asked for a spicy margarita. They had nothing to spice it up except jalepenos from the kitchen. The taste of the drink was not very good.“
“Joanna and I ate dinner at Cholla steakhouse tonight. I had a Caesar salad, ribeye steak, spinach and garlic mushrooms. All delicious! Joanna had a salad, filet mignon, potatoes au gratin and carrots. She's a notoriously picky eater but she LOVED her dinner. Before dinner a waiter brought out little ribeye bites, which were tasty and tender and warm bread with butter and a pesto sauce that was delicious. We shared a lemon tres leches cake for dessert. We were happy to try a new restaurant and happy it was so good. Pleasant ambience, excellent service and outstanding food.“

“Went to celebrate anniversary. Service on point! Calamari very tough and sauce with it tasted like spaghetti sauce. New York steak perfect and salmon amazing. “Okay so so I saw the commercial. On TV and then I saw starting at 16.99. I thought we would give it a try. Since we're seniors we thought we split the plate,we up for the Caesar salad it was ok. Then we had the steak and baked potato. The steak was a nice cut 6oz thick only I forgot to tell him lite on seasoning, tasted really good. Baked potato was Great. And the cheesecake was delicious. The staff was great.only the music was to loud for me .l like the music to be quieter. But you have to watch out for the $3 extras and the $4 extra on what you get .“
“We went to celebrate a birthday at the Outback at Superstition Springs in Mesa. Our server, Iris, was so friendly and great at giving suggestions of things we might like. Our birthday boy tried a drink, I believe it was called a smoke infused old fashioned. When Iris delivered the cocktail it had a glass top that she removed. It smelled like a campfire, so nice. The birthday boy said it was very good. He enjoyed it with his prime rib and shrimp.“

Nick and Suz are excellent friendly servers. They now also offer brunch on the weekends starting at 11AM and we gave it a try today. Food was very good! “Undercooked steak that was half gristle, cold chicken, forgotten salad, ingredient left out of drink, no refill offered in empty glasses... the service and accuracy left much to be desired, but the deviled eggs are awesome! Issues were brought up to server and expo manager and one said, "oops" the other said, "Oh no" but both promptly walked away without another word or offer to make anything better.“
“This place is great, me and my bf have been quite a few times now, they do everything how you would expect a good restaurant to do so, for example the first time I went was with my bf, and he had told me the place was really good, and he had been a few times with his dad.I got a burger and sadly it was under cooked so I sent it back, they did not make any fuss in any way just told me they where sorry and could see that it was under cooked, then they made me another one and I got it again and it was almost raw, so I told the waiter and they said they would get the manager the manager came and cut the patty in half and it sagged from how raw it still was, to which the manager said "it's pretty rare", I just looked at the manager and so did my bf neither of us needed to say anything as the food spoke for itself.The manager then took it back to the kitchen, and I could see that he was speaking to the cook who had cooked my burger, which I was happy to see as most places just dump it in the bin and move on, he came back and said the burger would be on the restaurant so we would not have to pay for it, they cooked me another burger and it was delicious and they did all of this quick enough that me and my bf could still enjoy our meal together, before he finished despite being busy although he did have a lot of food and i dont tend to eat nearly as much as him, since then we have been back many times, the waiters are always friendly and do a very good job, the food is always yummy ? and the manager is very friendly.I have even seen him working at the bar at times, which is great to see that a manager is willing to work like that when needed, and which again I don't see many restaurants/managers who do that.Every other time I have been back i have never had any time where I sent any food back this place constitently makes great and delicious food with large portions, especially for the price, which is great because my bf always is full after his meal and i always have yummy left overs, and the interior is always clean and is nice to be in.“
“This was our second visit to Black Angus, Chandler and both times were very good. We had a voucher to use the first visit but for whatever reason there was a mixup and the voucher wasn’t applied. We had the Campfire Feast for 2. Steaks were perfect, our server Brynn was fun and friendly. I called the restaurant after and talked to the manager Tom. He promised to take care of us if we came back. We did go back and boy did he deliver! Again our meal was fantastic and we highly recommend this restaurant. A true 5 star experience and thanks again Tom!“

Hostess was of minimal assistance and Manager-on-Duty was flippant as we noted being miffed, bordered on unprofessional.One we reached our table, service was mostly mid-tier and the food was enjoyable.This was out 2nd visit, definitely not as enjoyable as the1st, but we will try again as the food itself is a treat and the ambiance is pleasant.“
“Went in a party of 8 for my sisters Birthday. Service was great and the food was fantastic. They ran out of the prime rib but the manager came over and apologized and comped out appetizers without us asking for anything. We had not complained or anything. Great experience and we will definitely be going back. Pricey menu but worth it.“
