Very disappointing Texas Roadhouse on Gilbert. I called you multiple times today trying to get call ahead seating for my girls’ birthday for a party of 11. You kept telling me to call back. Every time I called you back when you said, but the last time I called you back at 3:15 (as I was instructed to), I was informed you already gave the table away, and there was nothing you could do for me. You didn’t even try to put two tables close together or offer any kind of solution....read full review
The drinks were overpriced. The music was so loud you had to yell to be heard.
When we asked if the music could be lowered, the owner said it was too bad, he wasn't going to change it. I've been to bars where the music is mind numbing but when you are eating dinner and want to talk it was too loud. Party of 11 waiting 35min for a table. A wide range of excuses provided which was directed toward another table of a transient seater. Hostess team was very snide and unwelcoming. Other excuses included a spilled beverage, and to find a server for our table. So, we left. Not cool guys, not cool.
