Joanna and I ate dinner at Cholla steakhouse tonight. I had a Caesar salad, ribeye steak, spinach and garlic mushrooms. All delicious! Joanna had a salad, filet mignon, potatoes au gratin and carrots. She's a notoriously picky eater but she LOVED her dinner. Before dinner a waiter brought out little ribeye bites, which were tasty and tender and warm bread with butter and a pesto sauce that was delicious. We shared a lemon tres leches cake for dessert. The casino is a large place with no directions at the entry on how to get to the restaurants. We asked the cashier in the store by the door. She told us to go the longest way possible which was difficult for some. The restaurant is quite intimate and welcoming. The service was superb. The staff catered to our needs including refilling water glasses and bringing more bread when needed. I wish that every fine dining establishment had their staff trained as well. SENTRY - WATCHING RESTAURANTS Cholla Prime Casino Arizona Companion and I had dinner here as a celebration of my birthday. We arrived at 6:00 and were seated immediately. Our waiter this time was Gage, and he needs a lot more training, but I will delve into that later. We ordered a bottle of Malbec and it was brought quickly.
