McDonald's in Peoria

“Wednesday at around 3:30pm I just went to this mcdonalds and had the fastest friendliest service I've ever had at a mcdonalds. The food was super hot and fresh and accurate so I just had to write the best review for them. Thank you for doing such a great job on our lunch!“

“Not realign sure why service at McDonald's has really declined over the past year or two. I used to be able to either drive thru or walk in if the drive- thru line was too long. What used to take only a couple of minutes to get fast food now takes 15 to 20 minutes and then they just toss the bag to you with an incomplete order. Complain to a manager? There does not seem to be anyone on site who can actually address the problem.
Even though I like some of their food, management must care nothing about customer satisfaction. After 50 years. They have lost me as a customer. Carl's, burger king or Red Robin is i have the time.“

“Food was average McDonald's food. My shake was more like chocolate milk than a shake; but, everything else was good.

The biggest problem I had is that the McFlury spoon broke as soon as I put it in my McFlury.

The second biggest problem was curbside pickup as they only had 2 spaces and some random person who wasn't even getting curbside service was parked in one of the spaces.“

“The self order machines always have an issue here. The other day it was an inop card reader, so I had to wait in line just to pay at the counter. And this time it was a faulty printer, it only printed out the right half of the receipt.
Other than that, food was great as well as the service.“

“I think it would be illegal to give McDonald's a five-star unless they just did something absolutely amazing and they ended up getting different food to cook. But you know what you're getting and usually tastes the same every time“

Including Johnathan and Desiree and the manager and of course the short girl with the hat and A.J. everyone is so nice to us and respectful..............................Ok I've always loved this McDonald's way before tonight the staff is kind and they work so hard. But tonight my heart was filled with joy. by the gentleman named AJ at the windo.w.. he saw that my family and myself are living in our car and he handed us 50 dollars!!!!!! Wow talk about amazing and just such a big heart where do they do that at??? Thank you to all the staff at this location for your kindness to myself and my family we greatly appreciate all of you and Again AJ thank you so much. And Desiree is such a sweetheart and works her butt off as well they all do . Overnight shift we thank you so much for everything and the awesome food you make everyday let me not forget that too.“

“New, clean place and employees are friendly. Picked up 2 consecutive uber orders and they were surprisingly prepared in a timely manner and were ready to be delivered by the time I arrived. This is unlike any other mcdonalds location I have picked up from, normally having to wait minutes on end for a pickup, it was nice to see them immediately ready.“

“I just want to give a shoutout to Adriene at McDonald’s! She was in the lobby cleaning and helping customers, and her attitude really stood out. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything stayed clean and welcoming. It’s not every day you see someone take so much pride in their work. She made the environment feel comfortable and positive. Great customer service and such a kind spirit , McDonald’s is lucky to have her!“
