McDonald's in Chandler

“Food was fresh and ready quickly. Lobby and soda fountains were clean and well kept. Big bonus is this location still has a soda fountains in the lobby so you can fill your drink yourself. 4 stars because I came in around 0600 and the bathrooms left some to be desired. Location does have a handful of commercial truck parking spots but they do seem like they could be a big pain to get back out of when the parking lot is busy.“

“I have started coming to this location since the one I frequented for 10 years has been in a downward slide for the past year. So far each time I have visited this location, the staff has been friendly, the drive-thru fast, and the food has been hot and good.“

“Nice decor. Service was adequate. There is a kiosk for self service ordering. It is ok. Not intuitive, but with patience it is navigable. As far as a McDonald’s goes, this one is above par. Clean, nice decor, and food is as good as you’d expect it to be“

“this is the best mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to, and i mean that. the individuals serving you are top notch and some of the best service i’ve ever received. if you had to rank all mcdonald’s this would for sure be number 1 in my books“

“When you order your food at the kiosk it asks you to put in the number from a table flag on the side of the kiosk. Then when the guy brings the food out he yells your number, why not walk around and bring the food to us, what's the point of the table flag? Also the ordering process asks you to choose your drink and then they bring you an empty cup and you have to go fill it yourself. I think they still have some kinks to work out here.“

“This is my McDonald's that I always go to. It's very empty inside but the drive-thru is very busy at each meal.I prefer to go in. It's sometimes hit and miss here. Tonight in ten minutes I saw two drive thru customers returning for missing food. So check your order, because you know what Joe Pesci says about the drive thru!“

“There was a guy, a customer sitting inside in the table area coughing up a lung, mucous, etc....it was absolutely disgusting...are workers not allowed to ask him to leave? I couldn't even dine in to eat my food because I was trying not to throw up... other than the disgusting customer food was great, staff was awesome!!

“The crew that works the drivethru in the mornings is the only reason I come to this McDonald’s. They are always so kind and even thoughtful when it comes to coupons or saving money, suggesting I get this or that instead for less. I’ll keep driving to this location for the breakfast and customer service“
