So I normally don’t have any problems with this location. Today I go thru the drive thru and order a HAMBURGER!! Because I can’t eat cheese on my burgers. I get down the street and realize it has cheese so I turn around and ask them to make another one. While I am waiting I ask one manager if I may have a kids toys since I was inconvenienced and she said yes. Then another one said no!! I had to turn around because they messed up my order. Listen, I love McDonald’s just as much as the person next to me. But this McDonald’s location is awful, with accuracy. I figured once might be an accident. But twice okay, maybe it’s my fault for a complicated order (no muffin on a sandwich), then a third time I knew it wasn’t me. Standing in the lobby waiting for a counter top pick up order for 10 minutes when it was placed 20 minutes ago isn’t the move. Also not being greeted and just standing there...read full review
