Worst morning drive thru attendant. Get someone else on that speaker in the morning please. Older lady always has an attitude and constantly messes up order and line for drive thru.

Never opened, at least fix your hours and stop telling people you’re open until 12. If you’re closed at 8 say that but fix the lies soon before somebody speaks to the regional manager and get it fixed for you

The time claims 24hr. Service 2nd time coming here after partying and they take your order then say nothing for 5 minutes. Nobody says anything after that. Either you are open or not....

A young black woman with glasses quite literally decided to hide and avoid taking an order at 12:20…. It’s open 24 hours supposedly but I pull up at 12 and no dice. She was laughing with her co worker on not taking orders and the drive thru is full as they sit there and do nothing. Honestly pitiful.

By far the best McDonald's in Chandler. We have a family of six so our orders are never small, but this location never seems to mess it up. And beyond that while other locations always complain about using the drive-thru for the big order, these guys always do it with a smile. Good job management for training these employees to wear a smile Comet and care for the customers.

***AVOID THIS LOCATION***Been going to this McDonald’s an embarrassingly amount, so I’ve seen a lot. Customer service here is aleah’s extremely uncomfortable and pathetic. Nothing is clean. Tables will be covered in trash and food from the night before. Drink station sticky and disgusting. Same goes for the trash cans. The experience of this McDonald’s would remind me “i gotta find a different mcdonald’s instead”.Well I finally had my fill. I ordered from the kiosk and wasn’t given a receipt. When my food was ready, the service worker wouldn’t give me my food since I had no receipt. My girlfriend literally stepped in and had to negotiate with the worker to give me my food. It took a lot of convincing for the worker to hand over my food. The situation was extremely uncomfortable and demoralizing.Sincerely F.U.C.K. this place, if you have to come here in a pinch, i understand, but if you have a choice to avoid this particular McDonald’s, AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE?

Great McDonald's, staff is great. The only complaint is if you need to use their app while in line at the drive thru, the reception is terrible.

Drive Thru asked if we were there for an app order pick up. When we replied no they quickly told us "ok, just a moment" ...then left us to wait for 3 minutes. We felt like we were being punished for not ordering on app first.

Such a ridiculous location, today I wanted a refund because they can’t listen to the simplest of orders and still mess it up. Spent ten minutes at the window trying to fix my order and still managed to mess it up and it was wrong. Instead of refunding my order they just gave me more food. Anyone I can speak to with this?
