Very poorly run location. They have implemented the stupid order kiosks which direct you to take a number and your order will be brought to you. However, no one will bring your order, instead, they put your order out for you to pick up if you happen to hear it called out while at your table. This location in particular makes it very hard to ever want to go back. I pulled into drive thru to pick up my mobile order and the auto recording says “will you be using your mobile app today” I went to respond and was abruptly cut off by what I assume was someone’s actual voice saying “we will be right with you” and proceeded to sit while two other cars orders were taken for a good 3 minutes at the speaker box.
