“Truth be told, I’ve had a couple of issues at this McDonald’s in the past that had gone unresolved. I had a slight one tonight and I called the restaurant to speak to the manager. Mary answered and offered up a solution to my problem and was so incredibly kind when doing so. I don’t think I’ve ever come across such a dedicated McDonald’s employee before. She handled it like it was her own business and that’s exactly what good service is about. I’ll drive 20 mins out of my way to give this McDonald’s my business because it’s managed correctly. For all the other reviewers bashing this McDonald’s, how about you give them a chance to right their wrongs? As crazy as it sounds, they can’t fix a problem they don’t know about and you blasting them on Google Reviews is childish.“
“I ordered at the kiosk and forgot to order a drink with my meal. I didn't realize it until my server brought my meal. I was going to go get in line at the kiosk and place a drink order, but the server said, "Don't worry about it." and gave me a drink cup for no charge, That was service above and beyond! I was also very impressed with the young man who was responsible for keeping the tables cleaned and supplies replenished. He never stopped moving the entire time we were eating our meal. He cleaned the tables more thoroughly than anyone I've seen in a LONG time, especially in a fast food restaurant, He didn't just give them a quick wipe with the towel. He carefully wiped every inch of the tabletops and even wiped the edges of the tables. When he wasn't wiping tables, he carefully swept the floors in the areas that were vacant and checked the drink dispensers to make sure they were well-supplied. Best effort I've seen in a long time. Thumbs up for our visit to this McDonald's!“
“This is the fastest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.I went at 11:07 and the staff were patient and on their hustle! I went inside with my daughter for a happy meal and it was actually fresh (no cold nuggies or fries!) To top it off, the play place was clean even with kids running around, meaning the staff are actively in there! ? whoever the manager is on that shift along with all the staff, keep them all! That’s a dream team shift!“
