McDonald's in Scottsdale

“I think McDonald’s recently added a bunch of new staff at this location and they’re doing much better than some of the negative reviews I’ve read on here.

Currently, i think this McDonald’s has some of the best service of any McDonald’s I’ve been to in the United States“

“One of the things about McDonald's is consistency. I have a weakness for Big Mac's. When I go to McDonald's and order a Big Mac it will be the exact same any location any time. Is it a 5 star restaurant no its a McDonald's so I rated it on was it is , what it promises. The restaurant is clean, the employees work hard and they consistently serve the food you expect“

“There are many good workers here I'm here every morning pretty much. Eric and Kimberly are the damn A-Team! One at each drive-thru window! Eric always remembers to have them put that hot picante sauce in the bag which is bomb on the McMuffins. The hot picante in Arizona is bomb it sucks in Colorado and California different recipe. There's a couple other great dudes that work there too, I don't know their names but I'm sure they have something to do with the hiring and keeping around. When you have work ethic and customer service like that you go far in the future. I hope the best for them and the team that provides me my delicious, cheap priced breakfast every morning.“

“Came here to get ice cream for my son, and to let him play. Machine wasn’t working. This nice queen gave my son cookies instead 🫶🏽💛I APPRECIATE her so much. Not only did she allow my son to snack on something, she also put my wallet aside after I left because I forgot it. I was almost in tears because she remembered it was mine(had to keep it together). She literally turned a shit day into a better one. I hope her manifestations come to life soon🥰“

“Marcia the manager was excellent! But the star of the show was Aiden with the best customer service I have ever had at any McDonald's in over 40 years! Kudos too young man keep it up you will undoubtedly be successful in whatever you do with that attitude and level of service! McDonald's better make you the manager soon have your own store or they will miss out possibly on the best employee I've ever seen them have in over four decades of being a loyal customer!“

“This is an excellent McDonalds. Its standard food fare for McDonalds, but the staff working here are energetic and enthusiastic in their duties. It was clean, and the kiosk ordering was easy to use. They will still take verbal orders if you prefer that level of service.“

“Surprisingly fresh McDonalds. We went through the drive-thru at 3am expecting totally cold food and the food was piping hot! Definitely a shocker. The staff was also friendly, something nearly unheard of in the early morning. Thumbs up from me!“

“This is hands down the best McDonald's I have been in. And I know that sounds silly, but kindness matters. A manager came up to me and saw I was sitting with my 2 girls and she went up and got me my sweet tea so I didn't have to get up with them and she also brought my food to me. She was so polite and could a mama who needed help. It was also super clean in here!!“
