McDonald's in Scottsdale

“I think McDonald’s recently added a bunch of new staff at this location and they’re doing much better than some of the negative reviews I’ve read on here.

Currently, i think this McDonald’s has some of the best service of any McDonald’s I’ve been to in the United States“

“I had a scary low glucose event at the Discount Tire and walked over to this McDonald’s, and the employees went above and beyond to help me. They immediately noticed something was wrong and were so attentive and compassionate. They gave me things to help bring my blood sugar back up, stayed with me, checked on me constantly, and made sure I was okay before I left.

Honestly, it felt like they were professionally trained to care for customers during emergencies. Their kindness, patience, and quick response meant so much to me in that moment. In a world where customer service can feel rushed or impersonal, this team showed genuine humanity and care.

I’ll never forget how they treated me that day. Thank you to the amazing staff for your tremendous customer service and for helping me when I truly needed it.“

“My daughter brought the grandkids over and we went to the park. Afterwards we all went to McDonald's to get lunch and let the kids explore the playground. Alas, the playground was closed for some maintenance. We ate, and as always the service and food were great. There is quite a variety of food choices at price points to fit anyone's budget. The kids were disappointed about the playground but we had a great lunch and a great family time together.“

“Marcia the manager was excellent! But the star of the show was Aiden with the best customer service I have ever had at any McDonald's in over 40 years! Kudos too young man keep it up you will undoubtedly be successful in whatever you do with that attitude and level of service! McDonald's better make you the manager soon have your own store or they will miss out possibly on the best employee I've ever seen them have in over four decades of being a loyal customer!“

“Just came for my morning coffee an a bagel the sausage egg and cheese is the best 😁 I just recently moved from Mesa to Scottsdale an I've been here at this location many times and it's still good delicious and I don't mean to disrespect the other McDonald's in my old area but the one in Mesa on country Club and McKellips.. they got very poor work skills an have mad smerks all the time some are rude...but this location here at pavilions they are fast happy nice talkative I have never encountered any awkwardness here they have the best service..“

“This is the only McDonald's in the downtown area that actually has good fries.The 1 on 7th Avenue does not change.Their oil fries are always dark and limp fresh and crispy.I go to this mcdonald just because their fries are better than the everyone , even though this one's a little bit further away from.“

“This particular McDonald's was great. Customer service was real.. The employees were helpful and friendly.. They were constantly cleaning the dining room... The play area was filled with happy children.. If you like McDonald's.. this was the best location I have visited“

“I've worked near this McDonald's for 2 years now and the service was always meh. But last night whoever was in the shirt and tie was holding it down and killing it
just while I was eating i watched him handle certain situations with such a professional mindset and attitude should of grabbed his name but didn't keep it up!!!!!!“

“Surprisingly fresh McDonalds. We went through the drive-thru at 3am expecting totally cold food and the food was piping hot! Definitely a shocker. The staff was also friendly, something nearly unheard of in the early morning. Thumbs up from me!“

“Food generally good here, sometimes fries are not hot enough. Ice machine was out of ice, and drink area floor was wet and sticky. But, drive through and front staff generally friendlier and better than most McDonald’s. The African American man at the front was super friendly and helpful. At most McDonald’s they make you feel bad for even placing the order, but not this one—staff is great here.“

“This is hands down the best McDonald's I have been in. And I know that sounds silly, but kindness matters. A manager came up to me and saw I was sitting with my 2 girls and she went up and got me my sweet tea so I didn't have to get up with them and she also brought my food to me. She was so polite and could a mama who needed help. It was also super clean in here!!“
