Don't know what was going on but the drive-thru took over 10 minutes to get some dessert. They didn't move the first guy out of the way like they should have

McDonald's provides average to good service, with staff handling lunch rushes efficiently. The drive through and front staff are generally friendlier and better than most McDonald’s, and the customer service was excellent. However, inconsistencies in food quality can be a drawback; sometimes fries are not hot enough. Orders may not always be fulfilled as expected. Additionally, cleanliness can be an issue, with the drink area floor being wet and sticky and dirty tables often left unattended. Despite this, the food generally good here and can be fresh and satisfying when prepared correctly.
