The line wasn't even bad and they made ME feel rushed when I'm the customer. Then I get my food with pickles on the side of my burger? Very dry food..No thank you. Do better.
All but 1 employee (Johnathan) refuse to make eye contact, speak to you like it's the end of the world that they're stuck at work, and then want to argue with you when you call them out for parking your car due to the drive thru clock... I USED TO WORK FOR MCDONALD'S! Don't pretend you're being noble. This franchise owner seriously needs to make customer service re-training mandatory or pay these people like they're human beings and not zombies, so they snap out of it.

Has really gone down hill. I asked if they knew how to make iced coffee (since this seems to be all mcdonalds achilles heel) and they said yes. I sat and watched them make it wrong twice. Just threw it away since I didn't want to bother them further. So please train your staff!
