I'm in town for a graduation ceremony and wanted quick and easy Chinese food. Everywhere I looked it was only sit down options. I came across Rice Garden and it was exactly what I was looking for. I have something similar where I live in L.A. This place is inside a grocery store in front of the check stands. As soon as I walked up the gentleman walked out of the back. Surprised food was cold at 12:15 lunch rush. Poor attitude for the chef.
Years ago were used to eat here weekly because we worked very close. Tried it again yesterday when we were in the area and my gosh this place has gone downhill. The food is terrible and the rice tasted like dirty city water. Very disappointing to say the least. We were extremely excited to try the food again and ended up throwing 90% of it away.
