WOW AND I TRULY MEAN WOW! I'VE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO AMAZING, AND THIS IS ALL THANKS TO JOSH, WHO I BELIEVE, IS A MANAGER BASED OFF OF OBSERVATION. TALK ABOUT A TRUE ASSET TO IS THAT MCDONALD'S BRAND AND COMPANY & THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION/STORE. JOSH WAS NOT JUST CREDIBLE TO ME, BUT HE CREDIBLE TO HIS EMPLOYEES. I believe a team is only as good as its head coach. Tashanae has her finger on the pulse of her McDonald's clientele. I always have excellent service, and her team is very thoughtful and helpful. And that's probably not an easy group of patrons to please, given that you're in Scottsdale. I live in Glendale and wait till I am near work just to go to her location because I know I'll have the best service. Do not let her go. She is a gem with a huge heart. Tyler
