I believe a team is only as good as its head coach. Tashanae has her finger on the pulse of her McDonald's clientele. I always have excellent service, and her team is very thoughtful and helpful. And that's probably not an easy group of patrons to please, given that you're in Scottsdale. I live in Glendale and wait till I am near work just to go to her location because I know I'll have the best service. Do not let her go. She is a gem with a huge heart. Tyler

I went through the drive-thru yesterday and yes, it was very very busy. Everyone there was trying their hardest, but I could tell things were very challenging.
