Filthy, every table not cleaned one bit, I mean every one. 4PM on a Tuesday afternoon. Waited for a meal for family of 4 for over 205minutes and when I asked about the order, it was sitting on their counter. They never called it out and didn't bring it to my table and I had a table marker. I asked the girl how long my food sat there: "I don't know." Did you call out the order number?: "I don't know." Unbelievable apathy. That store has gone straight down into the pits.
Truth be told, I’ve had a couple of issues at this McDonald’s in the past that had gone unresolved. I had a slight one tonight and I called the restaurant to speak to the manager. Mary answered and offered up a solution to my problem and was so incredibly kind when doing so. I don’t think I’ve ever come across such a dedicated McDonald’s employee before.
