This is one of the dirtiest McDonald’s play spaces I’ve ever been inside. It’s a relatively new play place, so I was shocked at its state. It’s incredibly disappointing that they did away with the last play space. We drove out of our way for it. The new play gym is distressingly filthy. I come here a lot in the morning and I get excellent service. But every time I come here in the evening or afternoon. The service is trash. We will start with the customer service. It is the worst service. They never ask if you would like sauce when you order chicken nuggets. They are not polite and to top it off I always see one of their employees on their phones.
