Went to this location today for a quick dinner with my daughter. After waiting for 15 minutes with no food, I couldn't wait any longer as I had a meeting, which is why I wanted a quick meal. I asked for a refund, and the girl behind the register instantly gave me an attitude and said, "Your food has been done for five minutes. we are waiting on the fries, which will be 10 more minutes." I told her I couldn't wait. I had to go and asked for a refund again. She said I could refund the food but not the drinks I said fine. As she's handing me the recipe for the refund, she starts laughing and says, "Have a nice day, all sarcastic." I said, "Can I speak to the manager?" She continues to laugh and sad, the manager is busy, so no. I said to her I don't care if she is busy. I want to speak to the manager. She keeps saying the manager is busy and said she won't even ask her and starts to laugh more. At this point, I'm pretty annoyed and offended to be treated like this. She then says that when she feels like it, she will go and find the manager and to stand somewhere else. I said no, I am in line and want to speak to the manager. Finally, some masked woman walks over, and I ask her if she is the manager, and she says nothing. I said again, "Are you the manager she mumbles something that I couldn't understand. So I explained what happened to which the cashier started laughing loudly at this point. So I told the manager you know i am a business owner, and if my employee treated a customer like this, they would be fired on the spot! I said thanks to the manager and told her to have a good night and left.I contacted the phone number listed on Google Maps for the location, and we will see what happens. Just an FYI, choose another location that has employees that aren't pampas rude teenagers!

This is one of the dirtiest McDonald’s play spaces I’ve ever been inside. It’s a relatively new play place, so I was shocked at its state. It’s incredibly disappointing that they did away with the last play space. We drove out of our way for it. The new play gym is distressingly filthy. We literally went home and washed all our clothes and showered immediately.It is glaringly obvious that they do not clean or care for the play space regularly if at all. I know kids are dirty but that does not excuse the level that this space has reached.Childless adults seem to love sitting at the far end of the play space, employees and management don’t seem to find that concerning. This location is also a dead zone for service, adds to the uneasy feeling.Food was stale and cold. No self serve ketchup, or any other sauces.The bathrooms were normal McDonald’s level clean.Prices continue to rise while value and quality have continued to decline. Thanks McDonald’s!

I come here a lot in the morning and I get excellent service. But every time I come here in the evening or afternoon. The service is trash. We will start with the customer service. It is the worst service. They never ask if you would like sauce when you order chicken nuggets. They are not polite and to top it off I always see one of their employees on their phones. The food they gave me was overly salted fries. I could not eat them it was like they accidentally dropped the salt on the fries with the top off and still served the fried. They didn't provide straws. So I had to go in and grab my own straws. But when I went to the front to ask for some sauce. I waited 7-10 mins for someone to help me and provide me sauces for our nuggets. I ended up leaving because not one employee asked if I needed anything or even asked. There was two people at the one cash register and everyone else seemed like they were working the drive through and to go orders. But even then not one person asked if I needed help. Poor poor customer service!!!

This is my McDonald's that I always go to. It's very empty inside but the drive-thru is very busy at each meal.I prefer to go in. It's sometimes hit and miss here. Tonight in ten minutes I saw two drive thru customers returning for missing food. So check your order, because you know what Joe Pesci says about the drive thru!

You make me pull forward for a 2 minute wait EVERY time I’m there but you trap me in your drive through for 15 minutes after informing me no ice cream so I get to sit there for 15 minutes because what? You think it’s funny??? Calling corporate right now. Manager on duty is always rude!

For years they never serve ice cream at night and now for a year they stopped serving ice cream, milkshakes, sundaes, frappes for almost a year. The lines take forever no matter what time of day it is even when it’s empty. I’ll say on a positive note that this past year they have hired friendlier staff. (:
