McDonald's in Surprise

“All employees at this McDonald's are great people, never had issues on service or the food, and if I did they address it immediately, shout out to Brian & Julie for being great employees, keep up the good attitude even under pressure ?“

“Not sure how breakfast/ dinnertime is but I've been to this location frequently over the last ~2 months for lunch breaks since I've started working somewhere nearby, I always put on mobile orders and every time I arrive within a few minutes and the food is hot fresh and made correctly. All the staff I've interacted with has always been very friendly and helpful. The midday crew at this location is amazing, no matter how busy the drive thru is the lobby is always well taken care of, gotta give props where they're due!“

“I came in with my grandson and husband today. A young man named Sean greeted us and was very polite. The restaurant was clean, including the bathroom.
I also observed the staff members working well together..which allowed for us to receive the food at a timely manner. Team work makes the dream work as the food was the right 🌡 and was delicious. I definitely recommend this McDonald's.“

“11:30pm. I work all around phx and have had many different locations of mcdonalds... this by far was my best order. Fries hot. Cheese melted. My hot n spicy was temp hot it burnt my mouth. People complaining about how their special order of extra crispy nuggets ( special order nuggets at McDonald's come on now ) probably held up the line and made other bad reviews. Its mcdonalds. Its fried. Its gonna be somewhat soggy. Sheeeeesh“

“Take away its in Walmart could be a plus or not. Great for grabbing something on the go. Staff is friendly and service is quick. If you sitting down to eat can be a little noisy do to being in Walmart. Food is good and consistent with McDonald’s standards.“

“Oh my God, what a beautiful and kind girl I saw in America serving customers! She was the epitome of humility. She gave me positive energy for my day, and I hope the manager at McDonald's will make her the supervisor in charge of employee and customer affairs and give her a financial bonus as encouragement for her pure, angelic manner, as beautiful as her smile. I will return here despite the distance, just to see the warm welcome and smile of this lovely and kind employee. “I, go thru the drive-thru mostly. Been respectful always. Pretty decent fast food. Fairly quick for it being McD's drive-thru. Ya know?. Any mess ups ive had with my order, no problem getting it fixed and understanding 100%. No hassles or arguments. 👍🏾💪🏾Good location..“

“Personally don't like not filling my own sodas. I know this is the future but will reduce my visits to McDonald's by a lot. Chicken big Mac was good but was thrown together so not even stacked nicely. Half the cheese melted into the carton. Unlikely to visit this McD again. Will try one a bit further and see how they do...“

“The wait is horrible. I never get napkins. However the people have always been nice. And I've never had a problem with my meal. They have potential to be the best McDonald's in our town. Maybe they need better management. Who knows. But I give them 5 star for always being nice.“
