Went through the drive through and could not understand the person taking the order. Had to tell her three times what I wanted. When I arrived at the pick up windows, they attempted to give me someone else's order. Not a great experience.
I had never been to this location, nor will I ever be back. Their employee didnt even open up the window to say anything. After making eye contact twice, we proceeded to the 2nd window. Our mobile orders were never started because obviously the employees dont know how to communicate.
I, go thru the drive-thru mostly. Been respectful always. Pretty decent fast food. Fairly quick for it being McD's drive-thru. Ya know?. Any mess ups ive had with my order, no problem getting it fixed and understanding 100%. No hassles or arguments. 👍🏾💪🏾Good location..

McDonald's on Reems rd and Greenway rd is a preferred location for many. The breakfast is always fresh, and the food tastes good. The drive-thru was fast and staff can be very fast. However, some staff members have been known to have poor attitudes. It is mandatory to park if going through the drive-thru. The restaurant can be dirty, and the drivethrough lane design can be inconvenient. Burgers can be made very sloppy. It is a place you go when you can eat anything. The fries looked sad but the chicken nuggets are not too bad. Happy Meals are enjoyed. Overall, it's a decent spot with some areas for improvement.
