Drive thru takes forever
Waited 20 mins for a doordash orfer they went through every customer in store and drive thru and gave them their food. Drivers after me got their customers food. I watched the bag continue to sit there and the longer i wait the more they ignored me. They were waiting on fries and couldn't even do that. I eventually just walked away. Not worth getting rated badly because mcdonalds let the food sit and get cold and forgot about me. what a waste of time.
I have never EVER ever EVER been to a McDonald’s and have to consistently “pull forward” to wait for my food. This location takes the cake for slowness. And it’s supposed to be “fast food”. The location is convenient. The service, not so much. My son has the simplest order….2 PLAIN hamburgers and a fry. Like why are we waiting 20 mins EVERY TIME! Please get it together Mcdonlds.

McDonald's on 107th Ave and Olive in Arizona offers average food. The staff is polite and accommodating. However, there were delays in getting orders and some service issues. Despite this, the staff is nice and friendly and moved fast. The store was very clean and organized. Employees are quick to ensure customers get what they paid for, showing care and quickness. Some customers experience issues with orders, but the staff works to fix problems. Overall, the restaurant is clean and the workers are appreciated.
