Waited for 40 minutes, had to get a manager involved to actually get any of our food made, and then they proceeded to short us by 30 nuggets. No idea how this place functions. I don't understand how we end up waiting so long in a McDonald's that's empty all the time.
never not had a problem here. food is always burnt, oversalted, something. staff does not care. i don't expect excellence, but its ridiculous when i can't expect mediocrity.
30 minutes long time them not bring foods. Uh I going talk customer cashier. Where my foods order long time. Dispute complaint!!!

McDonald's on 107th Ave and Olive in Arizona offers average food. The staff is polite and accommodating. However, there were delays in getting orders and some service issues. Despite this, the staff is nice and friendly and moved fast. The store was very clean and organized. Employees are quick to ensure customers get what they paid for, showing care and quickness. Some customers experience issues with orders, but the staff works to fix problems. Overall, the restaurant is clean and the workers are appreciated.
