“The cashier who’s name tag said HANNAH, was so sweet!!! She was in perfect work attire with nonslip shoes, dark colored jeans, a black shirt, her panera hat/apron, and topped off with an adorable headband! She treated me with the up most respect, and even accompanied me to the drink station to continue our conversation while I was getting water. After, she proceeded to walk me to the door, hold it open for me, and wish me a great day!! I am so overjoyed and happy with this enthusiastic interaction, she left me feeling like I could accomplish anything! Truly a sweet pea.“
“I wanted to give an quick shout out to Kim over at the Lake Pleasant Pkwy location. I had a decent last minute sized breakfast sandwich order for work. Panera bread ran out of an item and Kim went out of her way to semi make/upgrade of their bakery items to make up for the out of stock souffle. She always is so polite and has a smile on her face. Even when they are slammed she's so polite and nice! Thanks Kim keep up the amazing work. I hope Panera bread recognizes you for your hard work and dedication.“
