Panera Bread in Tempe

“I work nearby and have been getting lunch from this location at least 2-3 times a week for the past 5 years. The menu is vast and the staff is super efficient and always on time for pick up orders. Having orders ready within 10-15 minutes is unheard of, but they manage to do it every time even during lunch rush. Not only that, but they have literally never, ever messed up my order. Not even a missing napkin or spoon and I’ve probably placed a thousand orders by now. Not that I would care if they messed up here and there, I’m just insanely impressed by the fact that they haven’t after all these years. Highly recommend!!“

“We placed a large order for 23 people the day of our high school's basketball game at Marcos De Niza down the street. We usually call and plan an order in advance, but the original food we planned to get did not work out. I was worried it may be alot to place the order for 23 people. I started the order online and could not figure out how to write the girls name for their individual order. I panicked a little and called the store. I talked to Chandler to ask how to do this. He talked me through it and I could not figure it out, so he let me know that I could place the order online and then they could add the names on their end if I give that information to them.

Before our game stopped by to give them our order list with names. When I walked in, Joshua immediately knew I was there with the girls' names for our large order. I was so impressed that Chandler had conveyed this information and that Joshua was so attentive as soon as I walked in the store. I gave Joshua our order list with each girls name next to their order.

I came back to pick up the order 3 hours later and the order was PERFECT. Each girl had a bag with their order and their names on it. All of the food was ready to go and they gave us large bags to easily transport the food. Joshua was friendly and suggested we contact their catering manager and we can order through the manager in the future.

I was so stressed about this order being right and getting the correct item to each girl. The online ordering was easy, the store employees were fabulous and the girls loved the food.

I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with this experience and how grateful I am that it went so smoothly.
