“I would like to give 3.5 stars. We come here every Sunday for the soup. That's it. Nothing else is impressive about this place. And the drinking machine is always broken. Never have I ever experienced this so much. It's annoying. I bring my own with me now.“

“Panera is a healthy alternative to fast food. The breads are fresh baked. There is a nice selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, and some very nice baked goods to satisfy your sweet tooth. You can grab a seat here, but you should expect to get back up to get your order. This isn't waitress style dining. The servers at this location are polite and the establishment is clean.Don't order the coffee....go to a coffee house for coffee, that's not their specialty.“
“My boyfriend and I came to this location about an hour before close and received such a great experience with cashier Evelyn. I’ve only ever been to Panera about 3 times and this was by far a reason I will be coming back! Not only was she super nice and approachable, but she didn’t rush us at all when trying to decide what we wanted. Excellent service and the food was even better!“
“Compared to other Panera Bread locations in/around the PHX/Scottsdale area, the service was more consistently efficient with much better quality beverages. On one of my visits, I had the pleasure of meeting Manager Roni whose personality and efficiency reflected ideal Panera Bread customer service.“
“This location is located at Sky Harbor airport in terminal C after security in the high numbered C gates. You can order at the kiosk or stand in line. We prefer to just order at the kiosk. It seems to be move pretty quickly considering the amount of volume it appears to do. The main reason that I'm doing this review is to let people know it's in the airport and they do accept the "sip club" membership for drinks. That really saves you a lot of money since the prices are quite a bit more than the regular locations. The drinks have always been good as well.“
“This place made up for the visit I had in North Scottsdale....they need to send people to the location off the 101 in Scottsdale to train them in bread making......the area is not the best not there fault... but if I'm on that side of town I'll stop in ......“

“This place is a major win for airport food. It has almost the full menu of a regular Panera, the prices are only slightly higher than normal, they have lots of table seating AND they accept rewards. Because I am a sip club member I was able to get a coffee or tea for free (not a soda, they only sell cans), but that was a huge money saver in my airport eating. Also the food is fresh and (can be) full of fruits and veggies, something that I was craving at the end of a vacation.Vegetarian options: Many things can be prepared vegetarian, few vegan“
