“I stopped by this Panera Bread about 15 minutes before closing, and I was honestly blown away by how amazing the service was, even so close to the end of the night. I had a small issue with my order, but Kevin was more than happy to help me out and get me squared away right away. He really made my night!
I love coming to this location because the service is consistently excellent, and the food is always delicious. I also really appreciate their commitment to clean ingredients—it's great knowing they don't pack their food with all the 'bad stuff.' A big shout-out to Kevin for being such a rockstar!“

“Although it's a fast food place, their food choices are both relatively healthy and very tasty, with generous portions. Pleasant and efficient service. Music is probably AI and not what I like, but it isn't too loud to be able to talk with someone else and enjoy your meal.“
“Definitely one of my favorite local sandwich shops in the valley. Panera Breads always does it right. I’ve noticed this particular location in Paradise Valley off of Cactus Road the customer service is stupendous from my observations especially since I’ve been there multiple times. Today I got one of my favorites. The full size Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich with extra greens and a bowl of Cheddar Cheese Broccoli soup. It was absolutely delicious.“
“The U pick 2 I received, dazzled every taste bud it touched. It wasn’t just a meal — it was a revelation. The salad was SO fresh, like the Prince from Bel-Air. It was so nutritious, like an entire food pyramid. Each juicy tomato bursting in my mouth combined with the kalamata olives, crispy multiple leaf lettuce, cucumbers, and grains danced on my palate. The dipper was tasty beyond measure. More than a dipper and salad; this catalyst transformed the trajectory of my well being, guiding me on my path filled with vitality. “Anthony was so helpful and fast! I wasn’t feeling the pastry I got and he was super nice about swapping it out — ended up getting something I actually really liked. Coming off a stressful flight he honestly just made everything feel chill. Left in a way better mood than I came in. Would definitely come back just because of him!“
“I go to this location alot out of convenience. Staff is friendly. Food is usually pretty good. Location is a bit sketch. My recent visit though, ordered a bowl and it was lacking 2 of the best parts of what is advertised: avocado and tortilla chips. Hope things get better over there... you can't skip the avocado man! That's the best part.“

Her name is Mia and she knows what customer service is all about! The food was good but her customer service was excellent! She fully explained the menu options to us.
