I had an issue with my DoorDash order. I needed help figuring it out and the store manager here. I think his name was Richard helped me get my food and he made my day by being so kind. Thank you Richard for your professionalism. There are great staff at this location.
Always a table open and the food is great. If you are afraid to break a tooth, don't order the baguette with your salad. It's a tough one. Order chips instead. 😁
My daughter & I went to Panera Bread for the first time today. What an awesome experience from an employee that worked the front counter! Her name is Mia and she knows what customer service is all about! The food was good but her customer service was excellent! She fully explained the menu options to us. BTW I've never met her or know her.
