Ferris went above and beyond when I asked about cookies they no longer carried on the menu. He let me know snickerdoodle will no longer be available but still took care of me with chocolate chip. Thank you so much Ferris for being super friendly and making my day!
I have been a big fan of Panera since day one, but like everything else in life, over the years, Panera has changed. This location is indicative of Panera's style of providing a comfortable atmosphere. Food has been good, value has been mixed. Some meals are fairly priced, while other goods are over-priced.It is unfortunate that one employee can destroy the experience.
