I stopped by this Panera Bread about 15 minutes before closing, and I was honestly blown away by how amazing the service was, even so close to the end of the night. I had a small issue with my order, but Kevin was more than happy to help me out and get me squared away right away. He really made my night!

I had the honor of having Mrs.Shiba taking my order. To say that she was extremely kind is an understatement. I usually don't say this, but she was probably one of the nicest people I have met. She was also kind enough to pay for my side of bread I wanted because she happened to have a gift card on her, which I found extremely nice and made my day.
