“A local favorite for me. The gyros are always on point and never dry. The rice is seasoned *just* right, and the service is prompt. This place is usually VERY busy on weekend evenings, and the waiting area is usually full with takeout orders and people waiting for tables. The restaurant is clean, and there are several TVs to catch a game while eating. Truly a gem in the area.“

“I have been going here to get some great food for about 23 years. Awesome customer service, always am remebered, and affordable prices. Will always be my go to for a yummy salad, gyro, or pita. They have lots of options. My fav is a steak pita add feta. Their tzatziki is the best and it's the one I compare to with others ... but nothing else has beat it. “I will always be a loyal customer of JJs Gyros! I started coming in there maybe 5 or so years ago with my boyfriend, and no other gyro place compares! Jj and his wife are always so personable when you come in to their restaurant. Always make me feel so welcome and the food is even better ! We moved to the Buckeye area so we don’t get to go to JJs as much , but I’ll travel 2 hours round trip whenever I can for JJs Gyros ! It’s that good!“

“Walleye on Fridays! I'm from the Midwest and really missed a good walleye dinner. But not anymore! This is the place to get my walleye fix! Perfect amount of breading, not too much or too little. Great baked potato and coleslaw too. It's very small inside. Friendly service. Alcohol is available, including mixed drinks and tap beer. I've also dined here on other days throughout the week and have enjoyed the gyros and chicken shawarma - if you get the shawarma, expect to bring home leftovers, which are great the next day if reheated stovetop!“

“My wife and I stopped in for dinner after a spring training baseball game. We asked to sit on the patio so my wife’s service puppy (Poppy) could stretch out, and they were more than happy to seat us there (we were the only people on the patio). The server, Mary, was friendly and very hospitable toward Poppy, bringing her a small cup of water and ice cubes (she loves ice cubes). The meal was amazing! We had calamari and lamb, both of which were prepared perfectly. This will likely be our go-to after game location, as well as a nice night out occasionally. Loved it!“
“My husband has been raving about this place for some time, so I finally asked him to take me here. The food is SO good. You get a free soup when you dine in. I had the chicken lemon soup, and it was so tasty! I ordered the souvlaki plate, which comes with 1 chicken, 1 pork, and 1 lamb skewer, salad, and pita. The meat was so moist, and the pita was soft and warm. They make the food fresh, so you might have to wait for the entrée but it will be worth it. Definitely give this place a try!“

“This place is located nicely near the entertainment district, right in front of the seating area in Westgate where the waters turn on in the summer for the kids. I arrived close to closing time but was still greeted politely and seated in an area of my choosing. The server was helpful with offering popular item suggestions as I'd never been to this location before. I was satisfied with their food options and it was very flavorful as well.“
“This place is very unassuming but the food is just good. The Gyro was amazing and the meat had amazing flavor compared to most in the area. Had a salad as well that was perfectly sized and the dressing and gyro portion on top was perfect. Definitely try this place out if you're in the area. The inside has a few tables and a small outdoor area to sit. Nothing fancy but well worth it food wise. You won't regret it“
“We happened to check this out for delivery. It's been great so far. Our delivery order has been correct so far. Food is delicious. Chicken salad is packed full of juicy chicken. Gyros are good as well (beef). The plates are plenty, love the rice and bread is thick and good. While I realize prices are high, it's pretty standard these days. You may save a few bucks somewhere else, and for the most part either eat in or out it's pricey everywhere.“
